2. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content (such as inquiries you send to us), this site uses SSL or TLS encryption.
You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser’s address line changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser line.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

3. Cookies

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies (so-called “session cookies”). These are automatically deleted after your visit and do not contain any personal data.

4. Server log files

The provider of these pages (Strato AG) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes:

  • IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to ensure system security and stability.
Log files are automatically deleted after six weeks.

5. Appointment scheduling via Calendly

We use the service Calendly to schedule appointments. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

When you book an appointment via our website or the provided link, the data you enter (such as name, email address, and any additional details) are transmitted to Calendly to arrange the meeting. The processing of this data is carried out solely for the purpose of appointment coordination.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in efficient appointment management in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Calendly transfers data to the USA. To ensure an adequate level of data protection, Calendly relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) and (3) GDPR).

6. LinkedIn

Our website contains links to the social network LinkedIn. The provider is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

When you click on a LinkedIn link, you are redirected to LinkedIn’s website. Personal data (such as IP address, referrer URL, timestamp) may be transmitted to LinkedIn in this process.
Please note that we, as the operator of this website, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how LinkedIn uses them.
